Issues of the Heart
In week five, we will look at the impact that lies and truth have on our relationships with God and others. As we have already seen, our heart is the well-spring of thought and attitudes. We may have excused our behaviour on our personality or even our culture misguidedly. Allowing The Holy Spirit to search us and reveal Jesus in our motives, is the basis of a garden experience.
We must always be in communication with the tree of life in our plans and purposes. Gods word is essential to discovering true freedom and purpose. As we allow His leading, we will discover more about ourselves and how to live daily in that freedom.
"As a man thinks in his heart, so is he"
If we think it, we will become it.
If we behave, we become.
As we have become, so are we.
Philippians 4:8 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things.
